Stuart Rose was admitted as a solicitor in 1984 and after some years as a commercial lawyer in both industry and private practice chose to specialise in criminal law.
Having gained a detailed insight into the workings of the criminal justice system with the Crown Prosecution Service, where he became an accomplished advocate, he retuned to private practice and with Shawn Williams set up what has now become RWP where he is the senior and administrative partner.
With a phenomenally incisive and intuitive mind Stuart has an outstanding talent for assimilating vast quantities of data. These abilities are constantly employed upon the range of complex cases undertaken by the firm.
In addition to speaking on behalf of the firm on national and local radio Stuart was for some time the resident lawyer on a weekly phone in programme for a well known Midlands radio station.
