Keith Allen and Rita Smith qualified as a Fellows of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1975and 1980 respectively and since that time both have managed residential Conveyancing departments for a number of local firms of solicitors.
Raised and educated in Wolverhampton and friends for over 30 years, Keith and Rita have a wide and intimate knowledge of the local property market. As passionate believers in personal service, they take pride in seeing all clients personally, as often as necessary, during the course of each transaction and expect to meet the challenges of the Government’s proposals for Home Information Packs by offering a full range of services to both sellers and buyers
