Rose, Williams & Partners is a practice consisting of five partners specialising in various disciplines ranging from Criminal Law, Fraud, Military Court Martial and Conveyancing. Each partner brings with them a wealth of expertise, knowledge and experience. Some hold the prestigious higher courts advocacy rights and some are members of the 24 hour Duty Solicitor Scheme. In addition we make no secret of the fact that our talented and energetic support staff is crucial to our success as a top practice.
The practice has clients from a very large international geographical area with services offered to private clients, legal aid clients, public bodies and prosecuting authorities. We have recently acquired new premises and operate from offices at 2, Waterloo Road and 19, Darlington Street in Wolverhampton. We also work in conjunction with Waterloo Chambers, at 2, Waterloo Road.
We carry all necessary professional indemnity insurance in accordance with the Solicitors Act and have a General Criminal Contract with the Legal Services Commission and are members of the Specialist Fraud Panel. We are also members of Forces Law and the Association of Military Court Advocates (AMCA).
