Andrew Mitchinson was admitted as a solicitor in 1982 and chose to specialise in criminal law. He has been a member of duty solicitor schemes for over twenty years and is a former Secretary of the Wolverhampton Law Society.
Andrew has practiced regularly in the Magistrates and Crown Courts as both a Defence and Prosecution advocate. In 1994 he was amongst the first solicitors to become a solicitor advocate by attaining the Higher Rights of Audience in Criminal Courts Qualification.
With a wealth of experience in serious criminal matters he has appeared as advocate in murder, grave crime, serious fraud and military trials throughout the country.
